COC Missions Team Update (Sunday)
Greetings!
We had a relaxing day today. After breakfast, we went to the Pattaya International Church where Kevin and Michelle attend. Heard a good sermon from their S. African pastor. Sweet people. Then to lunch at the food court at another huge mall. Most of us ate Japanese food and some ate Thai. Definitely a food court that I could get used to.
After lunch we went shopping (AGAIN) and saw the selection of Thai veggies and fruits. I got me some mango and sticky rice. Yummo! Then we went to get a Thai massage. Kevin got his usual Thai massage while Kelley and I opted for a one hour foot massage. WOW! I got so relaxed. This could be addicting. Only $7.00 for one hour. In addition to the foot massage, they do all your legs, arms, hands, neck, and face.
We stopped at the Kennedy’s for a brief break to eat a snack and we are off in a few minutes to visit the night market for more – you guessed it – SHOPPING (Ugh). Michelle has prepared us for some very different smells. I’m not sure what to expect, but up for this.
